McDonald's manager punches customer

Title pretty much explains it...

A mother brought her autistic twins and service dog into the restaurant.  The off-duty manager became enraged at...the dog being in there for some reason.  Maybe some hidden phobia, or past trauma.  She proceeded to follow the mother around the restaurant, and then into the parking lot, where she punched the mother in the face.

Pretty drastic and random, but eh, maybe something more underlying?  Dunno, man.

The manager was charged, and fired.  Other employees attempted to restrain the manager from her Hulked-out rage.
