Mary Jane has no medical use, say the feds

Despite being approved for medicinal uses in some states, the federal government declined it has any medical purposes.  Studies around the globe have been determining it has certain applications in the medial field for treatments, but the government still refused to approve.

Advocates involved are glad they weren't stonewalled indefinitely and are finally able to appeal to the courts now that a ruling has been passed.
